Arvide&Co. began in Nosara as a way of cooking with attention: following the season, respecting the ingredient and making room for people.
Why we exist
Food carries memory.
Harvest and Bakehouse took shape in the same kitchen: jars changing quietly on one side, something sweet cooling on the other. Both branches share patience, honest ingredients and the belief that care can also feel like pleasure.
Nosara is not a decorative backdrop. It is present in the Pacific light, the rhythm of the season, the markets, fruit, rain and the hospitality we want to offer.
